Hi, I’m Alex

I am an entrepreneur and AI practitioner. Before training others, I implemented AI in my own e-commerce business operating on European markets — from customer service automation to pricing analytics.

My path to AI started not with technology but with a problem: a growing business, hundreds of repetitive tasks and a day that only has 24 hours. AI turned out to be the answer — provided it is implemented wisely, process by process.

Today I share this experience with other companies. I don’t present theory from slides — I show solutions I tested myself, on my own processes, mistakes and budget.

I work in Polish, English, German and Ukrainian, running trainings and implementations for companies across Europe — from small teams to organisations with hundreds of employees.
